How we move forward is where the magic is

I'm back baby!

It has been awhile. How have you been?

Well, where do I begin? A lot has taken place since my last post. To much to put into just one post. I have done some amazing things, travelled to new places, accomplished many goals. It hasn’t been all rainbows and unicorns. I have entered into a new phase in life that feels uncomfortable. Actually, much of how I feel at this moment is uncomfortable. Feeling as though I am not where I should be, not where is best for me, not where I am aligned. Then stir in massive changes. Don’t get me wrong, I believe change brings beauty, but it doesn’t mean that getting to the beauty is easy. It often includes experiencing loss, grief, heartache, and an overwhelming realization that sometimes the visions we have for ours lives will be missing pieces moving forwards.

How we move forward, honoring what is missing, while being present with what we are gaining is where the magic is.

This is how I have landed here today. Why I have brought back my website. Why I am bringing back the blogs. Why I am shifting this space as a place of growth, leadership, and community.

You will also see I have a new page Team Carla Jean. Over the next couple of weeks I will share more with you about Team Carla Jean, our plans and goals for 2026. Eventually, I will share with you more of the story of my beautiful bestie, Carla Jean. This will take sometime as I am still struggling on the daily with her loss. Just writing these few lines the tears are welling up.

I have also included what I am calling shared miles on the site. This will be a place where I can share with you what resources I use and things I believe in that have shaped me.

My goal this year, in this space, is to get to the end of 2026 raising us up. Bringing us to our highest. It won’t be easy, but anything is possible when we come together with spirit, strength, and love.
